5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. youtaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and Philippine debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms available on the Bonus page.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. youtaya reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk betting strategies, or providing false information to obtain a bonus.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
6.5 youtaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus offer.
7.1 Each game available on the youtaya platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
7.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on the youtaya platform use certified RNG technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The results of all games are determined by the certified RNG and are not influenced by the platform or any third party.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, youtaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; interruption of service; or any other loss or damage of any kind.
12.2 youtaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your youtaya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude youtaya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.4 The youtaya platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. youtaya makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
13.1 youtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your youtaya account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, youtaya reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
